Lenora & Vern set out for the beach today... a chance to escape the valley heat and lack of entertainment. Instead, they added a new member to the family! Here she is!

Reba really looks happy to have a new friend.
She's getting used to her. Bellah wants to play... Reba just likes to do her own thing. Last night we were at my parents house, in the backyard. I asked Reba if she liked her new sister... just like Mattie was her sister, Bellah would be a new sister. She looked me in the eye, got up and walked over to Mattie's grave site. It broke my heart. She misses Mattie so much.
Poor Reba, I am sure she is ever so gratefull for the new sistah and she will start making new memories. Bellah looks so sweet and such a pretty pup. Glad Jennah likes her too.
