Okay, so I went to the theatre, all alone. It was great "me" time! I took ziplock of left-over halloween M&M's with me.... I tried my hardest to keep my ears plugged when people who had already seen the movie started to give their judging reviews of "Twilight." I was weighed down as a few slipped and I entered the theatre with a hesitant heart (dang it!). But I was pleasantly surprised to find that the comments that I did hear were wrong!... HA! Take that! After seeing the movie I knew people would ask what I thought. I tried to dissect it... (silly BYU film class... I will never see a movie the same way again!)... but I found that everything I thought I loved about the movie, others found to be annoying. If you loved the book, read it again. If you watched the movie and loved it, go see it again. Movies are not books. Books are not movies.
So here's the bottom line, as far as the movie "Twilight" goes.... I loved it and I hated it.
Now you don't know what I really thought... so you'll just have to go see it for YOURSELF!

I am glad you liked it! I am going to see it this weekend, I hope. Still haven't found a sitter... I will probly just love it! I love the books....
I'm so glad you saw it and liked it!! i took one of my mia maids from when i served in YW to it last night, so now i've seen it three times! i can't pinpoint it, but there is just something about it.
