Sorry the picture is small... we had to use the camera phone for this one.
We've had some wet weather lately. Don't get us wrong... we understand how bad California needs the water... but we were hoping for some dry weather during the construction of our home. As soon as we move in (which will be in late July or early August) it can rain all it wants!
We knew that our foundation would be poured soon... and when the rain came (rather big storms too) we thought "there went our chance for a foundation getting poured this week!" but then we were pleasantly suprised last night when we did a "drive-by" and found that we actually did get our foundation anyway! WOW! It was so cool... we had to put our initials into the wet cement! A+B=J
You'll never see them, but at least we know they are there!! :)

This is such a fun process, I totally remember doing the "drive by's" with our house as well. It's exciting:)
