Seriously... I feel like a kid at Christmas!!
Last night we went to the house to do a round of "what's new?" We found BEAUTIFUL granite counter tops (Andy found some chips of it in the backyard, which I now carry around in a zip-lock with a sample of my cabinet wood....it's not stealing from the job site if it's your house, right?), all of the brushed-nickel light fixtures are up, we have doorknobs, light switch plates, and outlet covers. We even have lightbulbs in!

Its so fun to finally see everything coming together.
Not much more now...are the boxes all packed?
I'm so excited for your family! It will be nice to settle for a while:) Plus, there's nothing more fun than decorating your own house. PS you have a GREAT memory - I totally don't remember making you go on the roller coasters...though it sounds just like me:)
I cannot wait to see pictures!!! I will have to post more of our new home soon too. Sorry there were not enough painting pics for you. HAHA! I have lots of painting tips, I will have to compile a list for you.
