Andy took the day off Friday and Monday to spend time with us girls. This weekend was our "Kick-off the Summer Vacation" weekend. Here's the highlights...
out to lunch on Friday, sleeping in (until 11:30, yes... all 3 of us!), found out they worked on our house over the weekend (we now have baseboards and doors), picnic in the park and fed the ducks,
a 3-hour Spa trip for me, Andy helped my dad on a job (involving a 16' high roof), we cleaned the car (found $0.26 Cha-ching), used my fancy-shmancy steam mop (that I LOVE LOVE LOVE), found out that we now have a driveway, steps up to the porch,
and a patio floor... 
and to top it all off... we found out that we have a DATE!... for our final walk-thru!!!Friday, JULY 17th!!!
Escrow will close and we move in a few days later (if all is well with the walk-thru!). WOW!!!!This is going to be a GREAT summer!!!

Congratulations y'all! I'm sure the reality of it all won't set in until you're actually in the house. Thanks for keeping us all involved in the process... I imagine Vern's going to be going over the house with a fine-tooth comb during the final walk-thru. Looking forward to seein' ya soon.
