Tis the Season!

I'm trying really hard to pace myself this Christmas season. I'm committed to NOT saving all of my "projects" until the last minute... it's my pre-New Year's resolution. Slow and steady... wins the race.... but I could really use a few 36 hour days (with a little Mt. Dew) between now and Christmas!!

On a side note.... Today is Buddy's adoption day! ONE year! I can't believe we've only had him for one year... it seems like he's always been a part of our family! He's such the sweetest (emotional) dog with so much personality. Despite the nasty comments from people in public (on Friday night someone commented "oh look it's a little rat dog"), Buddy is the perfect dog for our little family. He's so patient and smart. He loves to sleep all snuggle up. He was certainly put into our lives because we all needed each other.

Jennah: No, Mom, the frosting didn't die!! Look, it's okay!
