So sorry, to our loyal blogger readers... for taking so long to update our blog. It's pretty bad when your "widget" count down has a negative time tracker on it. Whoops. We really didn't fall off the earth! We are just so thrilled about starting a new year... healthy. Christmas was a bit of a whirlwind that knocked us off of our feet. Jennah started out the week with the stomach flu, followed by a round of vacines at her 16 month "well baby"visit (that she wasn't so "well" for)... which then discovered a double ear infection requiring 2 shots of antibiotics as well as a prescription of oral antibiotics which we HOPE she's not allergic to (no repeats of penicillins, please). That was Tuesday, Wednesday was alright.... but instead of opening gifts and stuffing myself full of pumpkin pie, cheese potatoes, and ham... I was hugging a trash can for dear life. I guess I could have used a stocking... it would have be more festive of me. Luckily we were at my parents' house... which meant by Friday they were feeling the effects of the invisible gift... sorry mom and dad!! Other than that (no, there is no sarcasm in my writings), we managed to have a delightful Christmas holiday. Now... let's put on our party hats... and celebrate a new year!... may it be a healthy one!!!
Thank you dearest Santa!...who treated us very generously this year... especially Miss Jennah. She's too cute with all of her new toys. The highlights were a pink flower "fairy" tent (that we can't get Andy out of)...

and a pink retro kitchen...

Jennah knows where the ice cream should be.... she's Andy's child, without a doubt.

Love the pink kitchen and all the new pink toys. Yep...pink is a rarity (is that how you spell that???) in our home. That sickness must have made its way down here because I had the same thing Christmas night (now I know who to blame :)! Let's hope for a better New Years! XOXO
