In Living COLOR
Today we received word (thanks to neighborhood friends on Facebook)... that by lunch today, we had a house with COLOR!!! So after we mustered up the strength to brave the torturous heat... we got to see the house up close. 
We now have a home with WATER,
toilets (always a good thing), flooring,
and even ELECTRICITY!

The walk-thru is just for us to point out the stuff that needs to get fixed to our approval before we close escrow :)

You're right, we really do. We live pretty close to apple orchards that are really fun for the kids in the fall. How about you come stay the weekend sometime in september or october? We would LOVE to have you!
Or, we could totally meet in Monterey at the aquarium one weekend in the fall...
